About Dr. Mollick

Dr. Lynn Mollick received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Rutgers University, one of the first programs in the country to teach Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Before co-founding Cognitive Behavioral Psychologists of New Jersey, Dr. Mollick was Chief Psychologist at the Equitable Life Insurance Company where she directed the psychology internship program and provided CBT treatment to company employees. Prior to that she was Director of the Outpatient Clinic and Director of Internship Training at the Central Westchester Mental Health Service.

In 1983, she came to New Jersey where she and Dr. Spett started their private practice which is devoted to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. A few years later, Drs. Mollick and Spett founded the NJ Association of Cognitive Behavior Therapists, an organization dedicated to providing cutting edge CBT education for mental health professionals. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Mollick writes, supervises and lectures about Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
